The Subtle Way was founded by Anna Barker, an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Yoga Instructor with a gift for working gently and deeply. Her unique approach helps you reconnect with the subtle energy within and around you—restoring balance, building resilience, and nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.
If you’re navigating a life-disrupting experience—whether it’s chronic illness, injury, nervous system collapse, emotional overwhelm, or the slow burnout of carrying too much for too long—The Subtle Way offers a path back to yourself. A place where you can stop trying to keep up. A place where your sensitivity, your pain, your uncertainty are not only understood, but gently held.

In Subtle Energy Yoga classes, Anna guides you through empowering practices that help you gently move both your subtle and physical energies. Through subtle energy techniques, movement, breath, relaxation and meditation, you’ll learn how to support your own energy flow—cultivating vitality, resilience, and inner awareness. These classes stand beautifully on their own or can be used to complement your healing sessions, reinforcing the shifts we create and helping you rebuild health and wellbeing from the inside out.
